For the shortcrust pastry, mix the flour, baking powder, 1 egg, sugar and butter and then divide the dough into 2 halves. Grease a size 28 springform pan and form the edge with one half and line the base with the other half.
For the filling, combine all ingredients in a large bowl and pour into the mold. The filling is very fluid and therefore spreads by itself.
Bake the cake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 1 1/4 hours (if it gets too dark, just put baking paper on top).
After the specified baking time, turn off the oven and simply let the cake stand in the oven overnight to cool down.
