Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the onions, sauté a little, add the ham and sauté again, add the mushrooms, peppers and sauté well until soft, adding a little salt. Then let the whole thing cool down.
  2. During this time, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, line the puff pastry with the baking paper in a round tray.
  3. Press the garlic into the milk, add the eggs, salt, pepper and rosemary to the milk and mix together very well to make a glaze.
