• 500 g low-fat quark
• 250 g quark, 20%
• 2 egg (s)
• 1 bag custard powder, (vanilla)
• 1 bag pudding powder, (semolina and almond)
• 100 g suar
• 1 teaspoon, heaped baking powder
• 50 g cranberries
• Fat, for the pot

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients well, pour into the greased pot.
2. Cook for 1.5 hours on high and 0.5-1 hour on low. Please keep an eye on the cake!
3. Wait until the cake has cooled down a little before turning it over.
