Ingredients

For the ground:

• 140 g butter or mararine
• 140 g suar
• 2 egg (s)
• 300 grams flour
• 2 teaspoons baking soda

For covering:

• 200 g suar
• 2 egg (s)
• 4 egg yolks
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• 0.75 liter ¾ milk
• 2 packs custard powder (vanilla)
• g 1,000 quark
• 350 ml oil

For the cast:

• 4 egg whites
• 4 tablespoon sugar
• Grease for the tin
• possibly powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

1. For the base, knead the fat, sugar, eggs, flour and baking powder into a smooth dough. Roll out in the oven`s greased drip pan.
2. For the topping, mix together the sugar, whole eggs and egg yolks. First mix and add lemon juice and milk, then add pudding powder, quark and oil. Pour onto the dough base and distribute evenly with a spatula.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 30 minutes.
4. In the meantime, beat the egg whites until stiff for the topping, carefully pouring in the sugar. Spread on the quark mixture and bake for another 10 minutes.
5. Serve dusted with powdered sugar if necessary.
6. Whipped cream tastes good with it.
