Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well together at the highest level, season to taste (enough sweetness, enough light acidity) and gradually add to the running ice cream machine (approx. 30-45 min.)
  2. Tastes best immediately after preparation, if you freeze leftovers, let them thaw well and stir again, then the ice cream will be creamy again. Otherwise it is very hard after freezing in a storage jar.

  4. I always use light ingredients, i.e. low-fat cream cheese, cream substitutes and diabetic sweeteners. If you don`t want it to be so easy, you can also use products such as double cream cheese, cream and normal powdered sugar. If you don`t want to use a sweetener, you should take about 30 g more powdered sugar.
