In this recipe, I’ll show you how to make a kiwi cheesecake without baking. This delicate dessert is ideal for a festive menu. You can safely cook it in the heat, when you don’t want to stand by the oven.
Grind the cookies into crumbs. The butter must be melted over a fire, then cooled and combined with cookies. Form the dough and spread it in an even layer in a baking dish covered with foil. We send to the refrigerator.
We dilute kiwi gelatin with ready-made kiwi-flavored gelatin. Leave to solidify in a smaller form, add chopped fruits. Mix milk with gelatin and leave to swell. We put on fire, wait until the gelatin melts. Then we combine milk with sour cream and sugar. Put the frozen kiwi mass on a layer of cookies and fill it with the cooled milk-gelatin mixture.
We leave the cake in the refrigerator overnight. When serving, sprinkle our cheesecake with grated milk chocolate. Coconut flakes are also great.
