Instructions

  1. Blanch the vegetables in a little salted water, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the butter in a pan, sauté the bacon, ham and onions in it. Add the vegetables, mix well and set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Line the baking tray (round with 27 cm diameter) with the dough and distribute the cooled vegetable mixture on it.
  4. Mix the milk and eggs, add the spices and press in the garlic, stir again. Stir in the cheese well and pour everything onto the baking tray.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven at approx. 180 degrees for 25 minutes until it is nice and brown.
