- Blanch the vegetables in a little salted water, drain and set aside.
- Heat the butter in a pan, sauté the bacon, ham and onions in it. Add the vegetables, mix well and set aside to cool slightly.
- Line the baking tray (round with 27 cm diameter) with the dough and distribute the cooled vegetable mixture on it.
- Mix the milk and eggs, add the spices and press in the garlic, stir again. Stir in the cheese well and pour everything onto the baking tray.
- Bake in the preheated oven at approx. 180 degrees for 25 minutes until it is nice and brown.
