Instructions

1. Prepare ingredients for no-bake cheesecake.
2. Crumble the cookies into small crumbs. Add melted butter and stir.
3. Put the butter cookies in a mold, tamp – make the base for the cheesecake. Put in the refrigerator.

   

4. Cream cheese (I have mascarpone) mix with cream.
5. Add melted white chocolate. Add berries.
6. Place the cooked buttercream in a mold on the cookie base and put the cheesecake in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

   

7. The cheesecake is ready. Remove it from the mold and decorate.
