• 200 g butter
• 300 g suar
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 1 teaspoon Baking powder
• 2 packs pudding powder, vanilla
• 1 kg quark (lean quark)
• 1 lemon (s), add the juice

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice into a smooth mass. In a separate bowl, mix the quark, baking powder and vanilla pudding powder together and fold into the other batter. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan.
2. Jaws: middle Rail at 175 degrees (hot air) approx. 60 min. (Please always do a chopstick sample)
