Instructions

  1. Make cheese pan dough. To do this, wash the raisins thoroughly, then put them in a bowl. Cover with boiling water and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Rub the curd cheese through a fine sieve into a large bowl. Add eggs, icing sugar, salt, and flour. Mix thoroughly with a large whisk or hand blender.
  3. Add raisins to the dough and mix again. Tighten the top of the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. So it will be easier to work with the dough for cheesecakes.
  4. Sprinkle the table with flour and put the chilled cheesecake dough on it. Shape it into a thick sausage and then carefully cut into thick circles (about 1 cm thick).
  5. Roll the resulting cheesecakes in flour on both sides. Melt the butter in a large skillet at least 26 cm in diameter. Fry curd cakes with raisins on both sides.
  6. Make a sauce for the raisin pancakes. To do this, pour honey into a small ladle. Add sour cream and place it on the stove. While stirring, heat over low heat until a smooth sauce is obtained.
  7. Arrange the pancakes among the serving plates. Pour over the cooked honey sour cream sauce and serve. Fresh berries and pieces of fruit can also be served with cheesecakes.
