Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onions, cut the leek into rings and fry well with the mince.
  2. Bring the meat stock to the boil, add the cheese, crème fraîche and cream, bring to the boil again. Finally, put everything in a large saucepan and stir well.
  3. Fresh white bread tastes good with it.
