Instructions

  1. For the cream, drain the cherries, use the juice otherwise.
  2. Mix the quark, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla sugar and stir until smooth, add a little cream until the mixture is creamy. Whip the remaining cream until stiff and fold into the mixture.
  3. For the almond brittle, add the butter, sugar and the almonds to the pan and caramelize at a low temperature while stirring until the almonds are crispy.
  4. Then pour everything into glasses in layers. Garnish with cherries, cream, cherries, a little brittle, cream and finally with the remaining brittle. Put dessert in a cool place.
  5. Before serving, garnish with a swab of cream and a cherry.
