Instructions

  1. Heat the cream and melt the block chocolate in the cream. Place in the fridge overnight to cool.
  2. Mix the quark with the Kaba, cocoa powder and sugar until creamy. Depending on the taste, more cocoa and sugar can be used, the ratio 1: 1 is recommended.
  3. Take the chocolate cream out of the refrigerator and whip up with the whipped cream. Then carefully add to the curd mixture.
  4. Crumble the ladyfingers into a bowl or casserole dish. It is important that the pieces are not so large so that they can soak up nicely with cherry groats. Spread the cherry groats on the biscuits and spread the quark and cream mixture on top. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
