Instructions

  1. For the dough:
  2. Mix the baking powder and flour in a large bowl. Add sugar, salt, butter and egg and mix with the dough hook of the hand mixer to a smooth dough. Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it in cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  3. For the filling:
  4. Drain the cherries well. Roughly grate the marzipan mixture and stir together with the quark, the sugar, the eggs and the vanilla pudding powder with the stirring rods of the hand mixer to a smooth mixture.
  5. Grease the tartlet molds and divide the dough into 8 equal portions. Flour the work surface. Roll out the pieces of dough into 14 cm circles, place them in the molds, adjust and prick the base several times with a fork.
  6. Spread the drained cherries on the molds, pour the filling compound over them and smooth out.
  7. Bake at 180 degrees top / bottom heat or 160 degrees hot air in the bottom shelf for about 33 minutes.
  8. Remove the tartlets from the tins, let them cool on a wire rack and decorate as desired.
  9. Note: The ingredients are sufficient for 8 tartlet molds with a diameter of approx. 10 cm.
