Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas, cut into small pieces, put them in a saucepan with the sour cherries (with juice) and stir in the red fruit jelly, add 2 tablespoons of sugar, bring to the boil and, when it starts to gel, pour into soup plates or dessert bowls. Let cool down.
  2. Whip 2 cups of cream with whipped cream and cocoa, pour onto the cooled groats. Drizzle with some egg liqueur depending on your taste.
