Instructions

  1. Put the cherries in a sieve and drain, collecting the cherry juice. Bring 100 ml of the cherry juice to the boil, mix the rest with the vanilla pudding powder. When the cherry juice boils, add the mixed pudding powder and bring to the boil again briefly. Fold the cherries into the jelly. Divide the mixture into 4 bowls and chill. Bring 250 ml milk to the boil. Mix the rest of the milk with the chocolate pudding powder. Pour the mixed pudding powder into the boiling milk and bring it to a boil. Sweeten the pudding with sugar (approx. 3 tablespoon). Pour the pudding over the cherry jelly. Chill the chocolate cherry cup. Decorate with cream just before serving.
