Crumble the amarettini in a freezer bag. Prepare two large glasses and fill in the amarettini crumbs approx. 3 cm high. Mix the quark with the milk. Sweeten with honey and sugar.
Put almost a quarter of the quark on each of the Amarettini, then 1/4 of the cherries. Then again layer amarettini, quark and cherries in the glass. Put 1 tablespoon of quark on each glass and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
Tip: The dessert tastes better if it is left in the refrigerator for half an hour.
