Instructions

  1. Pour the preserving sugar over the cherries and let it steep for a few hours so that some juice forms. Cut the mango into small cubes and add to the cherries.
  2. Strip the rosemary needles from the stems, chop them into small pieces and add. Then bring the fruit to the boil and pour it into prepared jam jars. Stand upside down and let cool down.
