Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate. Separate eggs. Stir egg yolk, gingerbread spice and vanilla sugar into the chocolate. Whip the cream and egg white until stiff and fold in, then chill in the refrigerator (at least 2 hours).
  2. For the yoghurt cream, stir the yoghurt, crème fraîche, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice until creamy. Drain and drain the cherries.
  3. First pour the mousse into beautiful glasses, then pour the drained cherries onto the mousse. Finally, put 1-2 tablespoons of yogurt cream on top of the cherries.
