First put the sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs in the bowl, then everything is stirred with the mixer until the sugar has dissolved. Then quark, cream and the softened butter are added and are also stirred until smooth.
When that`s done, add the flour with the baking powder to the bowl. All of this is now also smoothly stirred and distributed on a greased tray. Drain the cherries and spread on top. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and bake for 50 minutes.
