- Put the cherries and juice in a punch bowl. Add sparkling wine and ginger ale and stir.
- Just before serving, put some of the ice cream in balls on the punch bowl.
- When the first ice cream is distributed or melted, gradually pour the remaining ice cream onto the punch bowl.
- If you like it harder, you can soak the cherries in vodka for a few more hours, but the light version is also great!
