Instructions

  1. Put the cherries and juice in a punch bowl. Add sparkling wine and ginger ale and stir.
  2. Just before serving, put some of the ice cream in balls on the punch bowl.
  3. When the first ice cream is distributed or melted, gradually pour the remaining ice cream onto the punch bowl.
  4. If you like it harder, you can soak the cherries in vodka for a few more hours, but the light version is also great!
