Instructions

  1. Roast the walnuts in a non-stick pan, set aside.
  2. Stone and wash the cherries, coarsely puree in a saucepan. Add the remaining ingredients including walnuts and bring everything to a boil. Let boil for 4 minutes and pour hot into prepared twist-off glasses. Turn upside down for at least 5 minutes.
  3. Sufficient for approx. 6 glasses of 230 ml each.
