Ingredients

• 100 g oat cream cheese (alternatively normal cream cheese)
• 100 g chestnuts, boiled
• 1 sprig basil
• 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, smooth
• some balsamic vinegar
• a little lemon peel, grated, untreated
• 2 tablespoon olive oil
• a bit salt
• some pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

1. Process the cream cheese, chestnuts, basil leaves and plucked parsley with the food processor to a spreadable mass. Stir in balsamic vinegar, lemon zest and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
2. Goes well with baguettes.
