Instructions

  1. Mix the chestnut flour, the steam and the salt dry. Add eggs and knead everything into a dough. If necessary, add a little more water.
  2. Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it in foil and let it rest for about 1 hour.
  3. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin or a pasta machine and cut the pasta to the desired width.
