Instructions

  1. Melt 50 g chocolate in a water bath.
  2. Mix the butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract until frothy, then stir in the chocolate, cream cheese and eggs. Mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt and stir the flour mixture into the butter mixture. Finally fold in the chopped dark chocolate.
  3. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C top / bottom heat and line 1-2 trays with baking paper.
  4. With the help of a teaspoon, place small heaps - with a little space between them - on the trays and bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes (not too long, they should stay soft and “chewy”!). After baking, let it rest on the baking sheet for another 2 - 3 minutes, then carefully remove it from the baking sheet with the help of a wide knife.
  5. Let cool on a wire rack.
  6. Makes about 75 pieces (2 - 3 trays).
