Chia-banana-raspberry Ice Cream
Instructions
- Let the chia seeds soak in the milk for at least 30 minutes.
- Mash the banana with a fork and mix it with the yoghurt. Stir in the swollen chia seeds. Season to taste and, if necessary, sweeten a little.
- Fold in the frozen raspberries and fill into ice cream molds or similar and freeze for at least 3 hours.
