Instructions

  1. In two bowls you mix 10 g chia seeds, 1/2 packet of vanilla sugar and 1 tablespoon coconut flakes independently of each other. In one of the two bowls you add 1 heaped teaspoon of baking cocoa - this will then become the Black Chia Pudding.
  2. Now you take a measuring cup and mix 100 ml coconut milk with 100 ml water. You pour 100 ml of this coconut water into each of the two bowls. Mix well.
  3. Cover both bowls with cling film and place in the refrigerator for about 20 hours so that the chia seeds can swell and a firm chia white and chia black pudding is created. It is best to prepare it in the morning the day before if you want to have the chia pudding for breakfast the following day.
  4. After the swelling process, alternately layer the light and dark puddings in a dessert glass. If you like, you can add fruit. The Chia Black & White is ready.
