Instructions

  1. Boil the nettle tea and let it cool down. Then the chia seeds, lemon and xucker are stirred into the tea. Let stand for at least 10 minutes and then add the oatmeal and amaranth and stir. In the meantime, peel the kiwi, cut into small pieces and stir in as well. Let stand for another 5 minutes.
  2. Can also be prepared the evening before.
  3. Variation: Use lemon balm tea instead of nettle tea.
