Soak the chia seeds in the oat milk for about half an hour, stirring occasionally.
In the meantime, grate the carrot finely and cut half of a ripe, peeled mango into cubes. Stir hemp oil or hemp seeds (attention: coconut oil will set when the milk is cold) into the chia seed oat milk, mix in the carrot and mango, season with erythritol or other sweetener if necessary. When the mango is really ripe, you don`t need any additional sweetener.
Variation: banana instead of mango. You can also stir in some oat flakes or bran. If you like it more spicy, you can also add a pinch of cinnamon.
