Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Separate the eggs. Mix the egg yolks, cream cheese, salt and seeds together well. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in carefully.
Place 4 pita-shaped blobs with a diameter of approx. 10 cm on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven for approx. 20 minutes at 150 degrees until golden brown.
Let it cool down a bit, remove it from the tray and top it or use it as a burger bun.
