Mix the chia seeds, oat flakes, coconut drink and liquid stevia together and leave to soak for at least 1/2 hour. It is easier to mix the ingredients together the night before and just leave them in the refrigerator overnight.
Mix the low-fat quark, yoghurt, egg white powder, vanilla pulp and honey to a smooth mixture.
Now layer the chia pudding alternately with the yoghurt mixture in glasses. Garnish with fruit if you like.
