Put the natural yoghurt in a sealable glass and mix with the chia seeds. Then add the milk and stir well again. Mix in a lot of jam, muesli, cocoa powder, cinnamon, nuts, chopped fruit or sprinkle on top. If possible, let it steep in the refrigerator overnight.
If you want, you can stir in / sprinkle the fruit / muesli on the next morning, then the fruit will stay fresher and the muesli firmer.
Yoghurt-chia mixture and side dishes can also be layered, e.g .: mixture, then fruit, then muesli, then mixture, then jam, then fruit, then muesli, etc.
