Instructions

  1. Put the natural yoghurt in a sealable glass and mix with the chia seeds. Then add the milk and stir well again. Mix in a lot of jam, muesli, cocoa powder, cinnamon, nuts, chopped fruit or sprinkle on top. If possible, let it steep in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. If you want, you can stir in / sprinkle the fruit / muesli on the next morning, then the fruit will stay fresher and the muesli firmer.
  3. Yoghurt-chia mixture and side dishes can also be layered, e.g .: mixture, then fruit, then muesli, then mixture, then jam, then fruit, then muesli, etc.
