Instructions

  1. Mix the chia seeds with the fruit juice and let stand for five minutes. You can do this for a few hours or overnight.
  2. Mix the yogurt with stevia drops and the chia seeds. Mix in or filter out the remaining fruit juice.
  3. Sprinkle the fruit and the spelled flakes over the yogurt and serve.
