• 3 cups yogurt (peach passion fruit yogurt), 150 g each
• 150 grams sugar
• 2 packs vanilla sugar
• 200 ml cream
• 6 cl rum, alternatively brandy
• 500 ml vodka
• 700 ml passion fruit juice or passion fruit nectar
• 300 ml yogurt (drinking yogurt), peach

Instructions

1. All ingredients are put in the mixer and mixed for approx. 2 x 30 seconds. The sugar can also be replaced by stevia or xylitol and the peach drinking yoghurt can also be replaced by a can of peaches with juice, which is then pureed. Alternatively, the ingredients can also be put in a large container and pureed.
2. The liqueur, which has an alcohol content of 10-11 percent, is bottled. It tastes best chilled and lasts for about two weeks.
3. Makes 2.5 liters.
