Ingredients

• 3 cups yogurt (peach passion fruit yogurt), 150 g each
• 150 grams sugar
• 2 packs vanilla sugar
• 200 ml cream
• 6 cl rum, alternatively brandy
• 500 ml vodka
• 700 ml passion fruit juice or passion fruit nectar
• 300 ml yogurt (drinking yogurt), peach

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix for 60 seconds. Alternatively, combine all ingredients in a large container and puree them.
2. Pour the liqueur into bottles and refrigerate.
3. Serve chilled. The liqueur contains 10-11% alcohol and will keep for about 2 weeks. This recipe makes 2.5 liters.
