Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (top / bottom heat). Peel the carrots and cut into slices. Bring a small pot of water and a little salt to a boil. Blanch the carrot slices in it.
  2. Wash the chicken breast fillets and pat dry. Cut into 2 parts and mix with the spices. Fry the chicken breast fillets on both sides in a pan with a little olive oil.
  3. In the meantime, put the gnocchi in a large baking dish. Wash the spring onions, cut into rings and add to the gnocchi together with the carrots. Spread the fried chicken breast fillets on the gnocchi.
  4. Deglaze the pan in which the fillets were fried with cream and melt the herbal cream cheese in it. Season to taste with salt and any spices, bring to the boil briefly and pour over the gnocchi and meat.
  5. Spread the grated cheese on top and bake in the middle of the oven for 15-20 minutes.
