Instructions

  1. Filling:
  2. Cut the peppers and onions into strips. Cut the chicken into strips about the same size as the vegetables. Put everything in a large bowl, mix with a strong dash of olive oil, the juice of 2 limes and the spices and let it steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Salsa:
  4. Cut the cherry tomatoes into eighths. Chop the chilli peppers and add. Mix with a dash of olive oil and the juice of a lime. With
  5. Season the pepper and salt. If you like coriander, you can add it, roughly chopped, to the mixture.
  6. Heat the wok very well and fry the meat mixture in it. The wok should first be made really hot so that you only have a short cooking time and everything stays nice and crisp.
  7. Spread some sour cream on the wraps, add meat and salsa, roll up and enjoy.
