Sear the sliced turkey in a deep pan and season with salt and pepper. Dice the bell pepper and chili peppers and add to the meat. Briefly sauté. Add the corn and beans and fill up with the chunky tomatoes. Season and simmer briefly. Drain the liquid and keep it warm. Warm the wraps according to the instructions on the package and then coat them with sour cream or crème fraîche, distribute the filling in the middle and sprinkle with some cheese.
Now roll the wrap as follows: fold in a little over the filling at the bottom, then fold in the sides on the right and left so that the filling cannot run out.
