- Boil the rice, then let it cool.
- Briefly blanch the peas in boiling water, then drain. However, I add the peas raw to the salad.
- Mix the rice with the pineapple, peas, onions, chopped meat, salt, pepper and curry.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the coffee cream, oil and lemon juice and add to the salad. Mix well and let steep for 1 hour. Garnish with chopped parsley.
