Instructions

  1. Boil the rice, then let it cool.
  2. Briefly blanch the peas in boiling water, then drain. However, I add the peas raw to the salad.
  3. Mix the rice with the pineapple, peas, onions, chopped meat, salt, pepper and curry.
  4. Mix the mayonnaise with the coffee cream, oil and lemon juice and add to the salad. Mix well and let steep for 1 hour. Garnish with chopped parsley.
