Wash the chicken, dry it and fry it in a little oil until golden, then season with salt. Put a lid on the pot or pan and cook the meat on low heat for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, fry the onions in another pan until golden, chop the garlic and add to the onions. Then add the vegetables to the meat. Then add the sour cream and the stock or the water.
Mix the flour with a little cold water and add to the pan to thicken the sauce. Let everything stew for another 5 minutes. This goes well with mashed potatoes.
