Instructions

  1. Wash the vegetables, mushrooms and chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Finely dice the onion and garlic and sweat in a little oil until translucent. Add the chicken cubes, fry all over and dust with paprika powder. Add the vegetables and mushrooms and sauté until the desired firmness without the lid. Finally stir in the crème fraîche and season with stock, salt and pepper, then add the basil. Let it simmer briefly.
  3. This goes well with pasta or rice. Without it, it is a food combining protein meal.
