Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillets into small pieces and fry them in olive oil. Fry the onion cubes. Cut the zucchini into small pieces and sauté with the onion. Put everything together and lightly fry everything again.
  2. Press the garlic and let it steep for 5 minutes with salt.
  3. Season everything in the pan with basil, salt and pepper to taste. Now add the garlic. Add the crème fraîche, stir well and continue to fry on a low heat. Separate the egg and stir in the yolks. The protein is not needed. Season if necessary. If you like, you can squeeze 1 - 2 slices of lemon into the mixture. Empty everything into a baking pan and sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
  4. If you want, you can put a few pieces of feta cheese on top and maybe sprinkle with parmesan. Now you can put it in the oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese melts and is golden brown.
