Season the chicken fillets with salt and paprika powder and place in a large baking dish.
In a saucepan, mix the tomatoes, spices and creamy finishes and bring to a simmer. To taste.
Wash the zucchini and cut in half lengthways, then cut into 0.5 cm thin slices. Wash, scoop out and cut the peppers into wedges. Spread the vegetables on the chicken and pour the sauce over them.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees circulating air. Sprinkle the mozzarella over the chicken or the sauce and cook in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
