- Mix the sesame, meat, breadcrumbs, egg, cheese, salt and pepper in a bowl with your hands. Then divide into 12 portions and shape into balls.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the balls, as many as will fit in the pan, over a medium heat for about 3 minutes on each side.
- A chilli dip or ketchup and a fresh salad go well with it.
