Instructions

  1. Heat coconut milk in a saucepan. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar, salt and curry paste to taste. When it boils, add the chicken breast and simmer for 5 minutes. Then add the prawns (defrosted for frozen goods) and let them boil again. Add the carrots (looks great with carrot blossoms. After two minutes, the meal is ready.
  2. Rice goes well with it.
