Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into small mini schnitzel, season and fry in sesame oil. Take out and keep warm.
  2. Peel the onion and garlic, cut into small cubes and also sauté briefly. Add the washed and chopped vegetables, season and stew until al dente.
  3. Place the Mie noodles in warm water for about 3 minutes and then fry them briefly in the pan. Arrange and serve on plates.
