Peel and dice the onion, clean and quarter the mushrooms. Cut the chicken breast fillet into strips.
Fry the meat in a very hot non-stick pan with a little oil. After approx. 2 - 3 minutes add the onions and after another approx. 2 minutes briefly steam the mushrooms.
Deglaze with white wine, add paprika, salt and pepper and briefly bring to the boil with the cream. Just before serving, stir in the finely chopped parsley. Rösti or pasta go well with it.
