Cut the courgette and leek into slices, the carrot into very fine strips. Quarter or slice the mushrooms, cut the bell pepper into strips and dice the tomatoes. Put everything in a pan with a little olive oil and fry, season with salt, pepper and soy sauce.
Make small parcels out of two large sheets of aluminum foil and place the vegetables in them.
Then season the chicken breast fillet with salt and pepper and fry it in the pan on both sides. Then place the meat on the vegetables and brush with ajvar (it can be a little more) and seal the parcels. Put on a baking sheet.
Place in the oven at 180 ° C for 30-40 minutes.
Rice goes well as a side dish. So far, every one of my guests has tasted it and is easy to make.
