Season the fillets with salt, pepper and paprika. Sear. Place them side by side in a large roasting pan or casserole dish.
If necessary, clean the remaining ingredients (do not wash the mushrooms if possible). Dice the ham, cut the mushrooms into leaves, cut the leek into 1 cm wide rings. Fry everything separately as well. Deglaze with cream, pepper, season with salt, carefully season with cayenne pepper and squeeze in the garlic. Spread over the fillets. Finally, sprinkle with paprika powder. Let it sit for several hours.
