Instructions

  1. Rub the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper and fry in a little hot oil. Quarter the onion, cut into small pieces and sauté in oil until translucent. Add turmeric and curry, stir well and deglaze with cream. Add the pineapple juice to the pot and bring to the boil. Just before the end of the cooking time, add the pineapple pieces. Season to taste with brown sugar and nutmeg.
  2. Arrange the chicken breast fillets on a plate and garnish with the sauce. Serve with basmati or Thai rice.
