Instructions

  1. Mix the honey and orange juice, brush the chicken breast fillets with mustard and soak in the marinade for 1 day.
  2. Brown the chicken breast on a low heat. Cooking rice or pasta. Add onions and garlic to the chicken breast and sauté, remove the chicken breast and keep warm. Deglaze the stock and chicken stock, add the creme fraiche, let the sauce boil and season with salt and pepper.
